The Project Manager plays a central role in driving operational excellence across the EMEA/AP region by standardizing project practices, providing tools and training, and ensuring alignment with strategic priorities. Acting as both a project management centre of excellence and an information hub, this role supports teams across EMEA/AP to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.

As a key operational partner to the EMEA/AP & Industrial Business Team, the Project Manager ensures disciplined execution of commercial priorities, fosters crossfunctional coordination, and strengthens organizational alignment and rigor to enable successful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Translate commercial strategy into clear programs, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
- Develop concise, datadriven dashboards and executive narratives for monthly EMEA/AP & Industrial Business Team meetings and quarterly business cycles.
- Support preparation and execution of key business meetings, ensuring clarity, structure, and followthrough.
- Collect and analyse project data, monitor performance, identify deviations, and communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Coordinate crossfunctionally with ISC, Finance, HR, and other teams to ensure seamless execution of priorities.
- Establish and manage leadership operating rhythms, ensuring consistent communication and alignment.
- Identify inefficiencies and lead initiatives that improve speed, clarity, and accountability across the organization.
- Define, implement, and maintain project management standards, including processes, tools, and templates.
- Ensure strong governance across all projects and programs, promoting consistency and transparency.

Qualifications & Experience

- 10+ years of project management experience in a complex, international, multisite industrial environment.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency with project management tools and software, with a strong understanding of bestpractice methodologies.
- Proven ability to lead without authority, fostering collaboration across diverse teams and personalities.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
- Project Management Certifications, PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM and Agile/Scrum Certifications would be a plus
- Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent professional qualification in business, engineering or related field; master's preferred.
- Travel: Occasional (approx. 10%) across EMEA, UK, and periodically the USA
